BOOKING POLICIES

At GLITZED BEAUTY BAR, we strive to provide each client with the best possible experience. To ensure smooth and fair operations, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following booking policies.

APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS

  • All appointments require a $50 retainer to secure your spot. This retainer will go toward your final service balance.

  • Appointments are confirmed only after the retainer has been paid.

  • Please note that these retainers are non-refundable under every circumstance. No exceptions.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

  • Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

  • You will need to submit another retainer if you reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice.

  • You will need to submit a $25 cancellation fee for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.

NO SHOWS

  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice or communications forfeit their retainer and are required to pay the full amount of the appointment. If payment is not submitted by the end of the day your invoice is sent, you will be blocked from further booking opportunities.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, and text us when you are outside the building. Our salon is located in a building with a secure door locked with a code, so we must let you in.

  • If you arrive early to your appointment, we will not be able to take you early. Please wait in your car and text us at your scheduled time.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will be forced to cancel and reschedule your appointment. Another retainer must be submitted for the rescheduled appointment.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • For the safety of all clients and staff, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of illness.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if you are visibly ill or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Please ensure your contact information is accurate when booking so we can send reminders and updates.
  • If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to each out before your appointment.
